Children and Youth Team
Barbara (Meardon) is our Diocesan Children's Adviser
She aims to help all who work with children up to the age of 11 with issues relating to children in the church and all age worship.
A background of training and expertise allows Barbara to offer support to many clergy, PCC's and groups, including Sunday schools, midweek and after-school groups, and toddlers' (not forgetting families and carers) groups.

Barbara can offer advice or assistance to parishes and deaneries on any issue affecting children in the church. She will listen and learn about your situation and help find the best way forward for you. She would like to hear about your existing group or if you are new to the field, help you start a new group. She is here to help.

Child Protection
Rachel Bussey is the Child Protection Officer but we can advise and help with CP issues and Criminal Records Bureau.
